can we be allies with the ACP?

cmon thare a BIG army and if we r thare allie we will have a big advanige
we already allied nachos who r bigger and better i dont like acp
whats wrong with them??
they are falling apart and what if nachos and acp go to war? what would we do then?
we would eather stay out of it (its not out promblem) (or our bezz wax) or fight with the one with a greater caus.
